IMAP Hungary Advises OPLOG on Capital Raise
OPLOG carried out a successful capital increase with the capital fund ESAS Holding. IMAP Hungary acted as a financial advisor to OPLOG on the agreement.
OPLOG is Turkey’s leading e-logistics company, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Istanbul. It has modern warehouses in Gebze, Dilovasi and Izmir. The company enables e-commerce brands to operate in various markets without physical borders through its international e-commerce logistics network and the ability to track all inventory and operational processes in OPLOG’s logistics centers. Its clients include well-known multinational companies such as Sony, Rossmann or Tupperware.
