PHOENIX Pharma d.o.o. Bijeljina, part of the PHOENIX Group, Europe’s leading pharmaceutical wholesaler, is a market-leading pharmaceuticals wholesaler and distributor in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The transaction includes the sale of PHOENIX Pharma d.o.o. Bijeljina and its Expera Pharmacy retail chain, which operates in more than 50 locations across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Vega d.o.o. Valjevo is one of the largest pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution companies in Serbia. Through this acquisition, Vega has made a significant entry into the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market, substantially expanding its warehousing and distribution capacities, as well as its pharmacy retail network.
