Azzurra joined Vitale in 2016. She has 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

She has advised both national and international companies and private equity funds on various merger and acquisition transactions (domestic and cross-border) and equity capital market transactions, with a focus on the consumer goods sector.

Azzurra was part of the M&A team at Société Générale.
