IMAP Japan supported Endeavour United, a PE fund in Japan, in their sale of an industrial vehicle seat manufacturer, which they had owned since 2019. Pinnacle utilized both its domestic and global network, bringing several interested parties into the process. After comparing the offers received, Endeavour United made the decision to sell their shares to the management of JAS, who had been planning an MEBO.
