The Ensur Company, a Netherlands-based specialist in end-to-end transformation services for the insurance and pension sector and backed by Down 2 Earth Capital, has acquired flexIQ, a leading advisory firm focused on pension administration and related software solutions.
flexIQ supports pension administrators, insurers, pension funds, and software providers with advisory services across pension administration, regulatory change, and system implementation. The combination enhances Ensur’s ability to support clients in complex transformation, digitalisation, and change programmes, particularly in light of ongoing reforms in the Dutch pension system.
The transaction strengthens Ensur’s market position in the Netherlands and expands its capabilities in a sector undergoing significant structural and regulatory change.
