IMAP SEE advises the owner of Tacta d.o.o. in the sale of a majority stake to Provectus Capital Partners

The owner of Tacta d.o.o., an enterprise software development company serving clients in the financial services industry and other highly regulated sectors in Belgium and France, with offices in Belgium, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, sold a majority stake to Provectus Capital Partners through its PCP SEE Fund II. The transaction marks the launch of Burra Group, a regional software engineering services platform established by Provectus together with Tacta, Devot and CoreLine, bringing together specialized IT companies with strong engineering capabilities, deep domain expertise and international client relationships.

Provectus Capital Partners is one of Southeast Europe’s leading private equity firms, based in Zagreb, Croatia, with additional offices in Bucharest and Sofia. The firm partners with ambitious founders and management teams to build regional leaders in fragmented markets, supporting their growth through operational improvement, strategic initiatives, and buy-and-build execution. Through Burra Group, Provectus is establishing a scaled software engineering services platform supported by the region’s strong engineering talent base, with the ambition of building one of the leading technology groups in this part of Europe.

IMAP SEE was the exclusive transaction advisor to the owner of Tacta d.o.o.
