DealHaus (IMAP Denmark) advised the shareholders of Solvexis Consult, a Denmark-based engineering and safety consultancy, on its sale to Studibo, a Belgian engineering consultancy platform backed by IceLake Capital.

Studibo is a fast-growing European engineering consultancy group, providing services in safety, compliance, and technical advisory for buildings and industrial assets. Backed by IceLake Capital, Studibo is executing a buy-and-build strategy to create a leading platform of specialized engineering consultancies across Europe.
The acquisition of Solvexis marks Studibo’s entry into the Scandinavian market and represents a strategic step in expanding its geographic footprint and sector expertise. Solvexis will complement Studibo’s existing capabilities and contribute to the continued development of a pan-European platform focused on safety and prevention services.
