The transaction involves the entry of Wellness Holding and other investors into the share capital of Acqua Filette through the acquisition of a 49% minority stake from the current shareholders and a capital increase to support growth and establish a strategic partnership.

Founded in 1894, Acqua Filette is a recognized brand in the premium mineral water segment, known for its high purity and low nitrate content. The company operates nationally and internationally, distributing its products through selective distribution channels, including fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels.
