IMAP Netherlands advised the founders of ENTRPNR on the sale of the majority of shares to BANVO

Dutch administration services and advisory firm, ENTRPNR and NOTRS (subsidiary and notary firm of ENTRPNR) have joined BANVO, the largest administration services firm in the Netherlands and backed by ETL Global. With this partnership, ENTRPNR takes a strategic step to accelerate its growth, professionalization, and long-term development.

ENTRPNR has been an innovative firm since its inception, with its founders investing in software that enables 90% of the automatization within bookkeeping processes. This has increased both the efficiency and the quality of bookkeeping outputs.

With this transaction between the #1 and #9 of the market, BANVO further consolidates its position as biggest administration services firm of the Netherlands.
