Banca Generali launched a voluntary public tender offer aimed at acquiring the entirety of the ordinary shares of Intermonte Partners, with the subsequent delisting of the shares from the Euronext Growth market.
Intermonte is an independent investment bank specializing in brokerage and capital markets services, as well as financial advisory and equity research.
