Advised the shareholders of Trustskills, a Danish cybersecurity software provider specializing in certificate lifecycle management, PKI-related security solutions, and security awareness training, on its sale to Cryptomathic, an international provider of cryptographic security, digital identity, and authentication technologies. Backed by US private equity firm Riverside Company, Cryptomathic is pursuing a broader international buy-and-build strategy within the cybersecurity and digital trust sector. The acquisition of Trustskills strengthens the group’s capabilities in certificate management, enterprise cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and secure digital infrastructure solutions, while further expanding its offering across encryption, authentication, and compliance-driven security environments.
