Advised Munisys on its acquisition by 3MDC, a new platform created by Helios Investment Partners and Fipar-Holding

Munisys is a leading Moroccan provider of on-premises cloud, cybersecurity, systems integration and digital solutions, serving a broad base of public and private sector clients.

The transaction marks the first strategic investment by 3MDC a new digital infrastructure platform created by Helios Investment Partners and Fipar-Holding to accelerate Morocco’s digital transformation and strengthen its position as a regional technology hub. It will support Munisys’s next phase of growth and will create a unique, fully integrated hybrid-cloud platform serving enterprise and public-sector clients across Morocco and Southern Europe.

Helios Investment Partners is one of the largest Africa-focused private investment firms, with a strong track record of building market-leading platforms across the continent. Fipar-Holding is a prominent Moroccan investment group with deep local expertise and long-term partnerships. Together, both investors bring complementary international scale and local insight to accelerate Munisys’s development.

The transaction reflects continued investor interest in high-quality African technology platforms benefiting from structural growth trends, digital transformation, and increasing demand for mission-critical IT services.

The team from Ascent Capital Partners (IMAP Morocco), led by Abdellatif Imani and Marouane Naim, advised Munisys on the transaction.
