Horizon Equity Partners SA agreed to acquire a 50% interest in Hl Sociedade Gestora Do Edificio Sa, a Linda-a-Velha-based lessor of nonresidential buildings, from Mota Engil SGPS SA, ultimately owned by FM Sociedade de Controlo SGPS, in a leveraged buyout transaction.
