Advised Allied Payment Network on its sale to Autobooks

Capstone Partners (IMAP USA) advised Allied Payment Network (“Allied”), a provider of business and consumer bill-pay solutions, on its sale to Autobooks. The transaction accelerates Autobooks’ strategy by integrating Allied’s robust payables and bill-payment infrastructure — which serves over 500 financial institutions, 150,000 customers and processes more than $5 billion annually — into its embedded finance platform for small businesses. By combining invoicing, digital payments, accounting and now bill-pay under one solution, the acquisition reinforces Autobooks’ position in the fintech, embedded banking and SMB-banking markets.
