Advised Atena Equity Partners on the acquisition of Manufacturas Polisac

Atena Equity Partners entered the Spanish market with the acquisition of Manufacturas Polisac, a company specialising in the manufacture and marketing of technical films and flexible plastic packaging

The acquisition of Manufacturas Polisac follows that of the Portuguese company Plastrofa, thus creating an Iberian group with a turnover of more than 24 million euros and 130 employees.

With production in Portugal and Spain, the group exports to more than a dozen countries. Its solutions allow plastic consumption to be reduced by 70% compared to conventional rigid plastic packaging, attracting customers in countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and Belgium.
