Advised Ameztoi on its integration with Urkabe Benetan

Urkabe Benetan, a company owned by Stellum Food&Tech since 2024, and Ameztoi—both Basque companies operating in Spain’s pre-cooked meals sector—have joined forces to form a group aimed at becoming a leading player in the national market. The new group seeks to diversify its product portfolio across both the retail and horeca channels and accelerate growth in international markets.

Together, the companies will generate over €40 million in combined turnover and employ 150 professionals across two production facilities. As part of the integration, the Ameztoi family will become shareholders in Urkabe Benetan and will continue to lead the company’s operations.
