Francisco Hidalgo-Barquero

In 2017, he left Grupo SCA, a consulting company from Deloitte, and founded Empresax, an M&A boutique distinguished by the application of innovative methodologies and technology. In recent years he has led and participated in more than 20 projects for the sale of companies, valuation and strategic consulting, especially in the food and beverage sector, organic farming, construction, technology and services. He is co-founder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Podcast, interviewing owners, managers and investors of the main companies, startups and private equity investors.

In 2023, he joins IMAP – Albia Capital as a partner in the Madrid office.
