Advised on the sale of Adeptum, a distributor of value protection solutions, to Mobilbox

Mobilbox, a leading provider of modular container solutions with operations supported by 13 European subsidiaries and two overseas franchises, acquired a 51% majority stake in Adeptum.

Adeptum, established in 1999, specializes in distributing value protection solutions, including security seals, pouches for cash and valuables, and specialized labels and adhesive tapes. These products, used across manufacturing, processing, logistics, commerce, and distribution, provide clear indications of unauthorized access attempts, reducing material and ethical losses.

The acquisition, advised by CMBP (IMAP Hungary) as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller, enhances Mobilbox’s product portfolio and strengthens its foothold in the security seal market. By integrating Adeptum’s niche expertise, Mobilbox aims to unlock additional value creation opportunities and support its strategic growth objectives in key economic sectors.
