Trans-Sped Logistics Service Center Ltd. acquired a 100% stake in Euro-Log Ltd.

Since 1994, Euro-Log has been providing its customers with customized, value-creating and innovative solutions in the field of international shipping, groupage, customs, warehousing and other logistics services. The company serves the following regions: Baltic States, Scandinavia, former Soviet Union countries, Turkey, Middle East, and Western Balkans.

Trans-Sped Kft. started its activity as an international forwarding company in 1990, and today it has developed into a group of companies employing almost 800 people. Its complex portfolio of services includes road haulage and freight forwarding, warehousing and production logistics, e-commerce logistics, air and sea freight forwarding, as well as customs and other value-added logistics activities.

Through the transaction, Trans-Sped aims to strengthen the warehousing, customs, forwarding and transportation activities performed at Euro-Log so far, as well as to expand Trans-Sped’s international groupage services.
