Semergy Group (comprising Sunrise System,Artefakt Sp. z o.o. sp. k., GrupaTENSE,Semahead, andWidzialni.pl Sp. z o.o. sp. k.), the leading digital marketing agency in Poland, has been acquired byWeNet Group S.A., a one-stop-shop digital services provider for SMEs, and a portfolio company ofInnova Capital. With this transaction,Bauer Media Groupis divesting itself from the Polish SEO/SEM market.
