Backed by US private equity firm Riverside Company, Cryptomathic is pursuing a broader international buy-and-build strategy within the cybersecurity and digital trust sector. The acquisition of Trustskills strengthens the group’s capabilities in certificate management, enterprise cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and secure digital infrastructure solutions, while further expanding its offering across encryption, authentication, and compliance-driven security environments.
