IMAP is pleased to announce the successful completion of an asset deal in which Galileo Corporation, a Czech market leader in municipal digitalization, has acquired the public administration portal division of DATRON.
DATRON’s portal division develops software solutions for the public sector, including the ”Citizen Portal” (Portál ob?ana) and ”Official Portal” (Portál ú?edníka). With this acquisition, Galileo Corporation further strengthens its position in the digitalization of Czech municipalities and expands its portfolio of eGovernment services for local governments.
