Virnex Group acquired the entire share capital of Cubescom

Virnex Group acquired the entire share capital of Cubescom, specialist in business-critical ERP and digitization solutions.

Virnex Group Ltd has acquired the entire share capital of Cubescom Oy from the Swedish Leftinger & Johansson AB and the company’s CEO Tero Suominen. Cubescom specializes in business-critical ERP and digitization solutions. Moreover, the Company sells and maintains multiple own products including Clearpulse IT asset managemant software. Cubescom employs about 30 people and its turnover in 2020 was approximately €3,6M. Virnex Group aims to accelerate Cubescom’s growth by expanding its service offering by combining the companies’ diverse expertise.
