Celebrating Our Clients, Partners and 2025 Highlights
A Year Defined by Your Trust
As 2025 ends, our focus is on the many stakeholders who trusted IMAP with their most important decisions this year, from company owners and family businesses, to corporates, private equity funds, and strategic investors. Your vision, resilience and collaboration shaped every milestone we reached together, from succession solutions to transformational acquisitions and portfolio exits.
Across sectors and regions, you invited IMAP teams into boardrooms, investment committees and family discussions, relying on their expertise to guide you. This year was about more than deal numbers; it was about building relationships, overcoming challenges together and creating lasting value for businesses and investors alike.
The People Behind Every M&A Journey
None of this would be possible without the dedication of IMAP’s partners and professionals around the world, whose work is focused on our clients in achieving their goals. Their sector knowledge, local insight and cross‑border collaboration enable us to navigate changing markets and provide independent advice in complex situations.
Every successful mandate in 2025 reflects a joint effort: clients willing to share their ambitions openly, investors and strategic buyers prepared to commit for the long term, and IMAP teams working together across offices and time zones. For this partnership and trust, we are deeply grateful.
From everyone at IMAP, thank you, and wishing you a joyful holiday season and a successful start to 2026.

IMAP Chairman
At the start of the year, the outlook for Q1 was highly optimistic, with expectations of slowing inflation, lower interest rates, and improving growth projections. Unfortunately, we live in interesting times. Early in the year, speculation around the disruptive impact of AI on traditional SaaS business models triggered a significant revaluation in parts of the Software sector. More recently, escalation in the Middle East conflict has introduced fresh volatility – pushing oil prices higher, adding upward pressure on inflation, and creating supply-chain uncertainties. While it is too early to tell how these new shocks will eventually affect the global M&A market, we can be sure that our dealmakers around the world are on the ground every day – negotiating, re-evaluating, adjusting positions, and adapting to whatever the environment throws at them to deliver the best outcomes for their clients. They’ve done it for over 50 years, and that’s exactly what they’ll continue to do, no matter the conditions.
