Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia, Seair Seaplanes is a leading regional seaplane operator providing year-round scheduled flights, charter services, and scenic tours throughout coastal British Columbia. With a fleet of 12 aircraft and operations out of Richmond (YVR), Vancouver Harbour, and Nanaimo, the company has established strong connectivity across key coastal communities and leisure destinations.

Krystal Growth Partners partnered with Seair’s founder and management team to support the company’s next phase of growth, leveraging its deep local roots and market position to enhance operational capacity, expand service offerings, and pursue strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening long-term performance. The transaction reflects continued private equity interest in differentiated transportation platforms with resilient demand characteristics and growth potential.
