IMAP Canada Advises Pit Stop Portables on Sale to Total Sanitation Services

IMAP is pleased to announce that Capital West Partners – IMAP Canada has advised Pit Stop Portables (“Pit Stop”) on its sale to Total Sanitation Services (“Total Sanitation”).

Founded in 2005 in Coquitlam, BC, Pit Stop is Western Canada’s largest rental and service provider of portable toilets and executive washroom trailers for special events, construction, and industrial locations, as well as septic and waste removal services. Known for their “Clean, Dependable Service”, the Company has offices in Coquitlam, BC and Calgary, AB to serve BC’s Lower Mainland, Calgary, and surrounding areas.

Total Sanitation is an Ontario-based provider of portable sanitation rental equipment and related services. Backed by Miami-based private equity firm Trivest Partners, the company has 18 branches to serve various end markets in Ontario, including construction, industrial, and special events. The acquisition of Pit Stop is part of Total Sanitation’s current growth strategy of pursuing leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America.
